Peter Kuelsheimer

CFA

Peter splits his time between Good Harvest Group and working in the Financial Services Valuations team within PwC’s Lead Advisory practice in London. He has over 20 years’ experience at PwC of valuation and strategy projects. He has significant experience in the consumer finance, payments and banking markets, providing valuation advice for acquisition, disposal, strategic, tax and regulatory purposes. Peter specialises in credit risk diligence and loan portfolio analysis.

Peter has advised on projects and transactions in the UK, Europe, Japan and South Korea and has been a CFA charter holder since 2004.

Peter has attended board meeting at GHG and represented the Kuelsheimer family interest since the death of his father, Leslie, in 2007.

Jane Frost

née Kuelsheimer

Jane shares responsibility for running the Good Harvest Group, alongside her brother, Peter, and Michael.

Jane started her career as an economist at Price Waterhouse. She then moved into computer programming and project management during five years at Logica UK Ltd. Jane returned to PwC, this time in its advisory wing, working on PFI deals for both private and public sector clients. This helped Jane develop strong financial modelling skills, as well as building on her commercial and business experience.

Following the death of her father in 2007, Jane moved to the French Alps. Initially, she worked for a Geneva-based hedge fund and later for a locally-based global Malaria charity.

Michael Cowen

FCCA – FINANCE DIRECTOR

Michael joined GHG as Finance Director in March 2006. He has over 30 years’ experience in the property industry, starting as Financial Controller at Taylor Clark, a large privately-owned property company. Michael moved to John Laing Plc’s commercial property division as Finance Director with a strategic role to procure funding for a rapidly growing development programme. Michael played a key role in the sale of the division to Kier Group and was subsequently recruited by Multiplex as Financial Controller of their UK operations.

Michael is responsible for the smooth running of GHG’s finances.

The Senior Partner of Leighton Goldhill Chartered Surveyors, with over 50 years experience in the industrial and office sectors, primarily in the South East. Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Central London Branch General Practice Division (Past Chairman) RICS Insolvency Skills Panel (Past Member) RICS Valuation Practice Skills Panel (Past Member) RICS Appraisal and Valuation Standards Board Monitoring Group (Past Member). Member of NARA Non-Administrative Receivers Association, Institution of Continuing Professional Development and ARBRIX. Works for numerous banks, lending institutions and insolvency practitioners and has held many LPA receiverships.

David Coleman

MRICS

Director of Leighton Goldhill with over 30 years of experience in the office and industrial property sectors. Graduated in 1992, and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1995. Looks after the portfolio on a day-to-day basis – organises upgrades, negotiates leases, rent reviews and surrenders. Assists Ivor French with new acquisitions.

Paul Beer

FCA

Paul qualified as a chartered accountant in 1970, became a Partner in H W Fisher & Co in 1973 and Senior Partner in 1991. He has sat on the London Credit Committee of two foreign banks. In 1996, Paul and his fellow partner Leslie Kuelsheimer formed Good Harvest Group. Following his retirement from the accountancy practice in 2018, he focused his efforts on GHG. Paul retired from GHG in 2024 but continues to be available to the Group in an advisory capacity.

Leslie Kuelsheimer

1942 – 2007

Leslie was one of the founder shareholders and directors of the group and sadly passed away in 2007. He is sorely missed. His family continue as shareholders.
